Ask the teamHow do I register and bid?
Create an account on the Dunn Bros bidding platform, then register for your chosen auction. Register at least 24 hours before the auction to allow approval and any deposit checks. See the bidding steps.
What will I pay on top of my bid?
For our timed auctions, the buyer’s premium is 20% on a hammer price of £10,000 or less, or 10% on the entire hammer price above £10,000. VAT applies to the premium and normally the hammer price; check the individual lot description. Estimate the total with our buyer-cost calculator.
Can I view equipment before bidding?
Contact Sales with the lot you are interested in before travelling. The team can confirm its location, available information and viewing arrangements. Find the yard.
When do I pay and collect?
Our timed-auction terms require payment within 7 days and collection within 3 weeks, after cleared payment. Storage charges apply after 3 weeks. Confirm collection and loading arrangements with the team. Read the payment and collection guidance.
How do I enter equipment for sale?
Start with a valuation enquiry or contact Sales. Include the make, model, condition and location. Sales will provide your written seller terms so commission, charges and reserves can be agreed before consignment.
